David is a patent and intellectual property transaction attorney holding a mechanical engineering degree and masters in business administration. With over twenty years of patent law experience as a registered United States Patent Attorney, David has successfully prosecuted over 800 U.S. utility and design patents and over 100 international patents with the PCT/WIPO. David practices patent law in all industries with a special emphasis on medical and biological sciences, mechanical arts, equipment devices, and structures processes and methods. David previously practiced as a blue suit attorney at a Fortune 500 companies. David graduated with honors from the Ohio State University in the School of Mechanical Engineer. David holds a law degree from the University of Cincinnati, a mechanical engineering degree from Ohio State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in California. David is licensed to practice law in Ohio and is registered to practice at the U.S. Patent Trademark Office.
